I decided to try the ViewSonic ViewBox after buying a ATI TV tuner card and being dissatistfied with the picture quality. I have also seen other peoples TV tuner cards and the poor quality pictures that they provide. TV tuner cards also have a very loud "static" noise that occurs as you switch between channels.
